San Clemente

California

The Town

San Clemente is the town where Pria grew up — Spanish Colonial architecture, olive-lined streets, and one of the most beautiful stretches of the Southern California coast. Labour Day weekend, the sun is still very much alive. We'd love for you to arrive a day early, stay a day late, and fall in love with our little corner of California.

Getting Here

Flying In

Your best bet is John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County — about 30 minutes from San Clemente. Easy, close, and usually the most affordable for this part of SoCal.

LAX and San Diego (SAN) are also solid options, each about 60–75 minutes away on a good traffic day. Labour Day weekend, Southern California roads can be unpredictable — build in some buffer and enjoy the drive down the coast.

Night of the Wedding

Casino San Clemente is at 140 Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA 92672 .

There's parking on site, but we're asking everyone to leave the driving to Uber and Lyft for the evening — the bar is open and the night is long. Rideshare availability in San Clemente can be limited after midnight, so book your ride home a little early or coordinate with fellow guests. It takes a village.

Where to Stay

Hotel Block

We're putting together a room block and will post the details here as soon as they're locked in. Check back — we'll have it sorted well ahead of the wedding weekend.

In the Meantime

San Clemente and neighbouring Dana Point have great options at every price point — boutique hotels, classic beach motels, and vacation rentals right on the water. Honestly, just make it a long weekend. You're going to want to.

Step three

Come Play

Pria-approved things to do while you're in town. Consider this your personal tour guide.

  • The Pier

Walk it at sunset. Order fish and chips from Fisherman's Restaurant at the end. This is non-negotiable.

  • Avenida Del Mar

The main drag — Spanish Colonial storefronts, great coffee, boutiques worth browsing. A perfect slow morning.

  • T-Street Beach

The local's beach. Watch the surfers, swim if you're brave, and just sit. It's that kind of place.

  • Ole Hanson Beach Club

A 1920s public pool perched on the cliffs above the Pacific. Purely, wonderfully San Clemente.

  • Dana Point Harbor

Just up the coast — whale watching boats, great seafood, and a beautiful marina to wander.

  • Lost Winds Brewing

Cold beer, ocean views, and the kind of casual afternoon that stretches into evening without you noticing.
